Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Local Neighborhood Delivery

We love our neighbors! We offer specialized local delivery for our Downtown Little Rock packs.

• Delivery Zone: We currently deliver within 2 miles of our shop at 300 River Market Ave, Little Rock, AR 72201.
• Schedule: Orders placed by 6:00 PM are typically delivered the next business day.
• Cost: Free.
• The "Drop-Off": Our delivery team will leave your order at your door or with your building's concierge. Once delivered, the "hand-off" is complete, and we are not responsible for theft or weather damage.

2. Local Pickup (The Counter)

Want to say hi? Skip the wait and swing by.

• Ready Time: Most orders are ready for pickup within 1 hour.
• Notification: You’ll receive an email or text as soon as your order is waiting at the counter.
• Hours: Mon-Sat 11-6 | Sun 11-4.

3. Standard Shipping (Everywhere Else)

For those outside our local walking route, we ship nationwide.

• Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to pack your order with care.
• Carrier: We primarily use USPS and UPS to ensure your gear arrives safely.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number as soon as your label is printed.

4. Subscription Orders

If you are part of our Joy Subscription family, your shipping or delivery is handled automatically based on your chosen frequency. You can modify your delivery address or method anytime through your Subscription Portal.
