About Us

Puppy Community was a dream come true for a family rooted in their community in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Jeremiah Cotner was well known in the neighborhood for his long strolls with rescue dog, Selma, and his constant stops to pick up trash or lend a hand. Rachel was a communications leader in the bike, walk, roll community volunteering her spare time with local neighborhood associations. Emma, well, she is a tiny force who spends her summer fostering as many kittens as possible. When the opportunity came to put their passions together, they were all paws in at the chance. They opened the doors to Puppy Community in July 2025 in Pettaway. Here, they work to curate a joyful and inclusive space steeped in local love. 

Come to shop, stay for the pet friendly vibes of the entire community! We have a groomer two doors down. We have a food truck and brewery with excellent outdoor doggo friendly spaces. We even have a pup friendly coffee shop and book store. There really is a better way in Pettaway.
