About Us

Puppy Community was a dream come true for a family rooted in their community in Little Rock, Arkansas. Jeremiah Cotner was well known in the neighborhood for his long strolls with rescue dog, Selma, and Rachel was an online communications leader in the bike, walk, roll community. When the opportunity came to put their passions together, they were all paws in at the chance. Today, they are actively building shelving for a new brick and mortar coming to Little Rock Summer 2025!!
